This piece is about spirituality and the gift of fortune-telling. I used acrylic, spray paint, and oil pastel to portray my version of this gifted human. The candles represent the meaning of the two realms that are tapped into when this reading of the fortune is being done. Candles serve many purposes, but one of those uses is as a light for spirits to find their way. I painted a human and skeletal arm to correspond with the concept of two realms.
